The range of riads in the medina is so overcrowded that we did not know which to choose. English friends have recommended Riad Capaldi and we had a wonderful stay before hitting the holiday season. The Riad has been completely renovated and is now open to guests. It is chic and simple at the same time, contemporary and traditional, the situation is perfect in the Medina authentic but 2 steps from the souks. At first we were a bit lost but after two days we knew our way. Ben Youssef Madrasa is a 3 minutes walk.
In addition, the staff of boutique hotel were lovely and a great help to make our stay easy and relaxing. Every detail has been thought in the service, thank you!
